Refund Policy
1. Final Sale Policy
At Capsule & Cross, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please note that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind or accidental purchases.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to our “No Refund” policy is if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Please email capsulecross@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
Upon review, we will determine if a replacement or credit is applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. Once a tracking number has been generated and the order is marked as “Fulfilled” in our system, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Capsule & Cross is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
